In times where unexpected expenses popped up, when my husband was very ill and off work a lot.  When my freelance work had dry spells, I could always count on being able to feed my family for at least one week with the help I received [at Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry].

Recently I became a single mom and suddenly had all new expenses and very little work.  The Food Pantry was there for me when other services were sporadic or unreliable.  I am so thankful!
