Cooking Matters is Back!
Cooking Matters will be back for a fall session starting October 11th. The six-week long course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare healthy meals within the confines of a tight budget. Each session involves group discussion, hands-on time in the kitchen, a shared meal and groceries to make the featured meal at home.
The course will take place every Tuesday from 10/11 to 11/15 from 1:45pm to 4:00pm.
