Ingredients
1 1/4 C quick-cooking oats
2/3 C 2% milk
2/3 C low-fat vanilla yogurt
2/3 C orange juice
1 C chopped almonds (or other nuts (optional))
3 C chopped fresh fruit ((such as apples, pears, bananas and peeled oranges)
Instructions
1. Mix first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Let stand 5 minutes to soften oats.
2. Add orange juice and mix well.
3. Stir in chopped fruits and nuts, if using.
4. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
5. Spoon into bowls and enjoy!
6. DO AHEAD: Can also be made the night before.
