Ingredients
2 lb red potatoes (cut into equally sized pieces (about 1 inch each))
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 clv Garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425o
2. Place potatoes on a baking sheet. Pour oil over potatoes, then sprinkle the garlic and salt on top.
