Ingredients
2 lb ground turkey
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground sage
1 1/2 tsp ground thyme
1/2 tsp dried marjoram
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp kosher salt
non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
1. Combine the ground turkey, brown sugar, black pepper, sage, thyme, marjoram, red pepper flakes, and salt in a bowl.
2. Form the turkey mixture into small patties
3. Cook: Coat a large skillet with the non-stick spray and fry the patties over medium-high heat until golden brown and no longer pink in the center, 6-8 minutes.
