This is a family recipe that is a spin on regular Pico de Gallo. By adding fruit, you are increasing the number of antioxidants in the dish. It’s rich in Vitamins A and C!

Ingredients
1 large mango (or 1 cup diced strawberries or 1 cup diced pineapple)
1/4 C red onion, diced small
1 serrano pepper, minced (or add an additional pepper for spicier salsa)
1/4 C Cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1-2 limes
salt, to taste
cumin, to taste
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine. You may serve it immediately at room temperature or you may refrigerate it (covered) to let the flavors combine.
2. Enjoy on tacos, over a salad, or with tortilla chips.
